WAIVER A Tour of Possibilities, LLC

I, represent and acknowledge that: (i) acting of my own free will and without undue influence, I have decided to take the tour (the “Tour”) offered by A Tour of Possibilities, LLC (the “Company”), in my own vehicle, as opposed to the van or other vehicle made available by the Company; and (ii) I currently carry automobile insurance on my own vehicle and on me, as the driver of my vehicle, in an amount sufficient to cover any accident or other casualty, and any injury or damage relating thereto, that may occur in the course of using my vehicle for the Tour. Accordingly, and in consideration of the Company allowing me to take the Tour in my own vehicle, I hereby waive any claim I may have against the Company for any injury or damage that may be sustained during the Tour by me, my passengers or any third party involving my vehicle. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify the Company against any cost, damage, expense or other liability incurred as a result of the use of my vehicle for the Tour. In this regard, I understand and acknowledge that, in the case of any injury or damage, I will look for relief only from my insurance policy and not from the Company.
