Do you have a passion for breaking, capoeira, graffiti,Ā rapĀ or skateboarding? and are you curious about a uniqueĀ Brazilian perspective on this? Then Original Bomber Crew's Workshop on May 22 at ZIMIHCĀ theaterĀ Zuilen is perfect for you!

Original Bomber Crew (OBC) is a young Brazilian dance collective from the city of Teresina, who are currently touring the world with their performative invasionĀ tReta. InĀ tReta, OBC uses the sounds and movements of urban culture to stand up against oppression, give a place to daily struggles and to strengthen & nurture community.Ā 

During the workshop, organised in cooperation with ZIMIHC, OBC will share several improvisational games that inspired their creative process for their performanceĀ tReta. In this special exchange between Brazilian creators and our local community we will delve into breaking, capoeira, graffiti,Ā rapĀ and skateboarding. We will explore the essence of these art forms & movements inspired by their fighting spirit and their creative expressions. From the DNA of a dance that fights, we develop our own styles, connected to the reality of our lives.Ā 

Because we want this to be accessible to everyone, we are offering a pay-what-you-can system - whether it's ā‚¬5, ā‚¬10 or ā‚¬15, you can join the workshop and get ā‚¬5 off tickets toĀ tReta!Ā
