Summer 2019 Camp Scholarship Request
WHILE FUNDS LAST, applicants submitting this form will receive $150 scholarship for 5 day- camps and $75 scholarship for 3 day camps (younger elementary).  The cost of camp is $375 - with the exception of younger elementary (3-day) camp which is $180.

After receiving this scholarship:
Your balance of $225 for 5-day camps/$105 for younger elementary camp should be paid to the conference office by the start of camp.  

Additionally, a conference scholarship of $125 is available for 5-day camps/$60 for younger elementary camp, provided by camp supporters.  To receive the scholarship, select this option when registering online.  Families who apply for this will have a balance of $100 for 5-day camp/$45 for 3-day camp.
