BRIEF INFO ABOUT THE POSTS

Chairperson: This post is only available to people with the swedish security number. You could however still nominate your swedish friends. This is the person that’s the face of the association, that makes sure that the association stays together and that the activities/events that are to be done actually take place. The chairperson is together with the vice chairperson responsible for Liute Magiskt’s operations. The chairperson is also the one responsible for booking premises/rooms for meetings and activities/events..

Cashier:  This post is only available to people with the swedish security number and a swedish bank account. You could however still nominate your swedish friends. This person has the main financial responsibility for the association, with a focus on budget work and taking care of membership registers and contact with members. The cashier, together with the chairperson, is the association’s signatory.

Head of Marketing: Has the main responsibility to market the association, make sure all of the events are created on Facebook or that there is graphic material available if necessary. The post also includes being responsible for the association’s social media, for example Facebook and Instagram. Optionally, you can form a marketing committee, with members to help with marketing.

Head of Events: Has a main responsibility for the association’s events (yearly sittning, game and craft nights), comes with ideas of what we could do next and makes sure that everything gets done. You'll also seek other student associations to collaborate with. Of course other members help with ideas and planning.

Head of Norrköping: Has primary responsibility for the association’s event development in Norrköping. You ensure that events take place and that we have everything we need for events in Norrköping. You are also the association’s first point of contact for everything related to Norrköping student life. (for example Trappan, student unions and student organizations in Norrköping)

Accountant:  This post is only available to people with the swedish security number.  You could however still nominate your swedish friends. Has the task of reviewing the association's financial activities and making sure that the money goes to what the board claims. You must also write an annual report at the end of the financial year. As an accountant, however, you do not participate in board meetings.
