2021 Support Staff Survey
This bargaining survey is vital to your association leadership. Without it your bargaining team cannot produce a strategy for upcoming negotiations which is very difficult with declining enrollment. Your bargaining teams concern has always been to seek direction from the membership. We cannot afford to negotiate a new contract and push for your wishes only to find out the membership is not willing to stand and support whatever action is necessary to provide a favorable result.
