2018 - 2019 school year: Donation request
All special education teachers, special education instructional assistants, and related service providers in Fairfax County Public Schools are eligible to receive support from Toys for Teachers. Please use this form to request assistance through Toys for Teachers. Please note that we may not have all items in stock at the time of your request. Our inventory is dependent on donations. These donations are made by community members. Your items may be new or gently used. Should you receive gently used items, they will be cleaned prior to packaging. Please read the following carefully: You acknowledge that you are receiving this box and its contents at no cost to you. All items contained within are the property of Fairfax County Public Schools. Should you leave Fairfax County Public Schools, all items must remain in the school you worked at the time of your departure. Should you transfer to another school within Fairfax County Public Schools, you are free to bring the items with you for use in your new special education classroom. All items donated to you by Toys for Teachers should remain in your classroom. Items should not be sent home or gifted to students. Under no circumstances should you sell any of the items donated to you. Should you wish to discard of your donated items, please ship them back to Toys for Teachers. I certify that I am a special education teacher or related service provider in Fairfax County Public Schools. Consistent with the mission of Toys for Teachers, all items are intended for use by students with disabilities in Fairfax County Public Schools. I understand that failure to adhere to the above terms and conditions may affect my ability to receive support from Toys for Teachers in the future.
