Please fill out the below form to register your interest for a Local Q&A Public Meeting hosted by Alan Mak MP.

Admission for the event is free and is an opportunity to ask Alan about national and local issues of interest. Residents who secure a place at the meeting will be seated in a theatre style format, and Alan will take questions from as many people as possible.

The Q&A public meeting is not intended to be a personalised casework surgery so Alan will not be able to deal with specific personal/confidential issues. Instead, for those, please write to Alan by letter or e-mail and he will respond to you directly and in confidence.

To attend this event you must be a resident of the Havant Constituency. Tickets are non-transferable, the registered person must be the person who attends and ID will be checked on the door. 

Security officers will be in attendance for everyones safety. 

Photography and video recording by attendees is not permitted. Alan will have a staff member photographing and filming, no audio will be recorded.

We will do our best to accommodate everyone who registers their interest, but due to the popularity of these events, venue capacity, safety and security issues we may have to limit attendees to those that have not previously attended one of our events.

Registrations received close to an event may not be processed in time, please register as early as possible.
