PROGRAM EXPLANATION
This Agreement is made today between Coach Naccarato, Hudson Valley Ambition & the Savage Over Average Challenge (challenge) and the participant/person named at the end of this document. This will be a physically & mentally demanding 12-hour challenge that will take place outdoors at different locations in Kingston, NY.

The challenge in which you are about to enroll in will include all of the following:

1) 12 Hour Savage Over Average Challenge

2) SOA Hat & Shirt

3) Snacks

4) Post Challenge Get Together (If You Successfully Complete)

5) 1 Month Free Of Online Coaching (If You Successfully Complete)

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All investment sales are final. Once you elect to invest in the program, you commit 100% to it whether you attend it or not and/or whether you complete it or not.

The investment is $350 for the challenge & everything that comes with it.

If you wish to do 2 split payments 14 days apart, it's a split of $185 (you save $20 when you elect your investment in 1 payment) The split must be received by the 14th day from your 1st in order to keep your spot.

DISCLAIMERS
The participant listed below is enrolling in this challenge, does so on their own free will & ambition. They inherit all risks associated with participating in this type of physically demanding event, do so willingly & knowingly. The participant understands that they should be in good health & physically able to participate in this type of challenge. Any & all health questions or concerns should be consulted with their primary care physician before the challenge begins. *

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS
The participant acknowledges that they take full responsibility for their life & well-being and all decisions made during & after this challenge. The participant expressly assumes the risks of the challenge, including the risks of participating in a physically challenging environment & the inherent risks in doing so.

The participant releases the coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the coach, arising from the participant's past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the challenge.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
The participant is fully aware that there is risk in this physically demanding challenge and knowingly enrolls in it. Again, the participant should be in good standing with their health & any medical concerns should be appropriately addressed with certified medical professionals before the challenge begins. Coach, Hudson Valley Ambition & the Savage Over Average Challenge are in no way shape or form liable for any/all  liabilities associated with the risk of this challenge.

FINAL ACKNOWELDGMENT OF APPROVAL & CONSENT
I hereby represent, warrant and covenant to the released parties that each of the following is true and accurate:

1) I am over the age of 18 years old & I am healthy enough to participate in this challenge.

2) I am aware of the potential dangers and risks inherent in the challenge & activities within. Despite these risks, I choose to participate. I understand that there are no refunds. If I am physically unable to join in the challenge, I can apply the investment money already paid towards other programs offered by the coach.
