About the studios:
We have 6 private studio spaces ranging from 100 sq ft - 200 sq ft. The rent ranges from $300 - 400/month, which includes utilities, internet, mailbox, security, restrooms, and common kitchen.
Building access is 24/7. The building is shared with various artists, small businesses, and architects, and the upstairs space houses a photography studio (www.sundaystudiosknoxville.com).
Who can apply:
We are especially aware of the scarcity of affordable space for creative solo entrepreneurs in Knoxville. For that reason, we prioritize applicants who demonstrate a need for space to support their livelihood. We hope that our tenants are using the space half to full-time and invested in growing their business or practice.
