Online Homestay Application form - completed and signed
Homestay Caregiver Agreement - read and understood, signed and emailed to international@howick.school.nz
Terms and Conditions of Homestay - read and understood, and emailed to international@howick.school.nz
Homestay Carer Guidebook – read and understood
Three photos provided in electronic format; family, outside of home or garden and student bedroom emailed to international@howick.school.nz
Police Vetting forms – Section 3 & 4 completed for each family member 18 years or older and emailed to international@howick.school.nz
Two forms of photo identification for each person being police vetted. Please email a copy of these to international@howick.school.nz and also show the original to Maryna Truter.
Referee forms supplied to referees (at least one for each Homestay caregiver) – to be sent directly to international@howick.school.nz once completed

Please Note: Once all paperwork has been received by the school, and all procedures have been satisfactorily completed, we will contact you to arrange a home visit. We require both Homestay carers to be present for the visit please.
