Exhibitors must reflect the mission of the event which is to promote community wellness, safety and security with a focus on good relations between our police and our citizens.  This event is for residents in Eastern District (Annapolis, Arnold, Millersville, Old Mill, Glen Burnie, Pasadena, and Severna Park), and is one of five similar events planned on this same date, in Anne Arundel County. Please provide the following information about your business/exhibit.

CHARGES FOR BOOTHS: 

* For-profit organizations (non-food) shall pay $50 for a booth that provides an interactive activity with prizes and/or give aways to each child.  Information dissemination must be secondary to interaction with children.  

* Tax-exempt organizations (under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code) will not be charged for operating a booth/display if their mission and participation is consistent with our policy statement on participation by organizations above.  

* Food Establishments (restaurants/caterers) that provide food for the public shall not be charged for space. Such organizations are encouraged to display their branding and obtain any necessary licenses.

* Sponsors who contribute $200 or more are offered a free booth space.

* National Night Out Political Participation Policy National Night Out is a non-political, community-focused event. To maintain its inclusive and nonpartisan nature, political candidates and elected officials are not permitted to sponsor the event, distribute campaign literature, or host informational or campaign tables.

Political candidates and elected officials are welcome to attend and participate as members of the community. However, campaign activities, including the distribution of political materials or campaign-related outreach, are not permitted during the event.

FOOD CONTRIBUTIONS:  Please value your contribution including both food and labor.  You may have a booth with your branding prominently displayed.  You must provide your own table and popup. 

Food must be pre-packaged unless proper food handling license/certification has been acquired.
