Every attempt will be made to offer this program as publicized, however, Kinesio University® reserves the right to adjust program dates, location, times, facility, or instructor, etc. in order to accommodate for unexpected occurrences or insufficient enrollment. Kinesio University® is not responsible for any expenses incurred by registrants due to adjustments or cancellations. In the event that Kinesio University must cancel an event a refund or a credit toward attendance at a subsequent program will be given.
Due to limited seating, if registrants request a cancellation, it must be at least 14 business days prior to the program date. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or email. We will offer you a 100% credit if you cancel 14 business days prior, no refunds. Registrants may use the credit towards any future Kinesio University program. However, if registrants do not cancel 14 business days prior, they will lose the payment for the class. Tuition is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
In addition, all registrants must attend the entire seminar in order to receive their Certificate of Course Completion and CEUs. Any registrant that arrives late and/or leaves early from the seminar will not receive credit for the seminar. No exceptions.
