Bazaar Sundays Vendor Registration/Application
**Applications are Jury Reviewed before being considered.  Please keep in mind that this is a handcrafted event, and only handcrafted items will be allowed.  All submissions must include four pictures of your work e-mailed to bazaarsundays@gmail.com.

Please fill out the information in this form to be considered as a Vendor for Bazaar Sunday.  You will be notified by e-mail concerning final decisions.  After approval, we will respond to you with further information within 2 weeks of the event.

Invoices will be sent from Paypal for booth rental fees.  Payments made through Paypal will be charged a $1.00 use fee.  Vendors who have not paid in full prior to the event will lose their space to a vendor on our waiting list.

Important Event Information
Event begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 4 p.m. Booth setup begins at 8:00 a.m.  Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down and cleanup of booths and areas by 5 p.m.. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, extension cords, and lighting.
