Online Health Course - Summer School 2025 Registration - Incoming 9th Graders - Racina (P-Z)
This form is to sign up for the Health Course.  This will allow your child to complete a high school required course during the Summer.  This is an online course.  Please fill out this form if you are interested in taking this class.

Step 2 – COMPLETE OFL REGISTRATION : OFL (Opportunities for Learning) will contact you once the counselor approves the course. Hart District students must register with OFL to participate in summer school. (Hart and OFL are partners in providing summer classes).

Online Registration (At Home) - All parents will receive an email with instructions and login credentials for OFL registration.  
* OFL will reach out to you sometime after submission of this form.

If you have any questions,  please email your counselor, Mrs. Racina, cracina@hartdistrict.org.  Once the selected courses are submitted you will not be able to make changes through Rio Norte.  The changes will need to be made through the OFL registration or by contacting the school that was selected when the form was first submitted.
