2015 PVS Junior Olympic Championships

Application to Officiate and Request for Evaluation

March 12-15, 2015, University of Maryland, College Park, MD

PVS has applied for this to be a National Officials Qualifying Meet (OQM). If you are interested in officiating during the meet, please fill out the form below and submit. This form will also record your request to be evaluated for N2 status in USA Swimming. Requests for evaluation must be submitted by 3/7/15 in order to be honored. Anyone requesting an evaluation must be willing to officiate at the meet for a minimum of four sessions during the meet.
