Registration Form for Roundtable Discussion at AAS-in-ASIA Conference 2024
Dear Sir/Mam,

The roundtable discussion program is one of the side events for the AAS in-ASIA Conference 2024 that will be conducted in Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Yogyakarta, Indonesia on 9-11 July 2024. The program aims to connect the researchers from UGM on specific topics with AAS-in-ASIA participants. The program will be conducted on 9 July 2024 with a series of updated topics.

Herewith, some of the schedule and topics offer:
1. Interdisciplinary thinking and approaches to energy and environmental challenges: issues, best practices, and future direction (09.00 - 10.15), Venue: Room Multimedia 2, Margono Building, Faculty of Cultural Sciences UGM.

2. Globalization and Higher Education: the View from NCCU and IDAS in Taiwan (10.30 - 12.15), Venue: Room Multimedia 2, Margono Building, Faculty of Cultural Sciences UGM.

3. The interplay of smart cities, social transformation, and identity politics in Southeast Asia (13.00 - 14.30), Venue: Room Multimedia 2, Margono Building, Faculty of Cultural Sciences UGM. (the registration is closed for the on site session but still open for the online session)

4. Reinventing Economic Globalization in Asia   (14.45 - 16.15), Venue: Room Multimedia 2, Margono Building, Faculty of Cultural Sciences UGM.

5. Area Studies Reconfigured and Revitalized: Lessons For and From Indonesian Studies (13.30 - 15.00), Venue: 314 Northside Building, Faculty of Economic and Business

6. The 2024 Elections and the US conundrum in the Indo-Pacific (11 July 2024, 08.30 - 10.00), Venue: 307 R. Soegondo Building, Fac Cultural Sciences
