Thank you for your interest in the Dance & Aging series. Classes will be held from 11am - 12pm on Thursdays at Wendi Kirby Music at 550 Hartnell Street, Suite F in Monterey. Class dates are 10/2, 10/9, 10/16 & 11/6, 11/13, 11/20. We will explore the neuroscience of dance with connection, creativity, memory, emotion, balance, and music. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
