Vacation Bible School Discipline Policy
We, as the Vacation Bible School (VBS) directors, want VBS to be a pleasant experience for everyone. This policy will be mentioned in the parents' letter that is handed out the first day of VBS. This policy reads as follows:
We are looking forward to this week of Vacation Bible School and are thankful that your child will be spending this time with us. In an effort to ensure that this week is an enjoyable experience for all, we ask that you encourage your child to behave the same manner that they do in school, with the respect that each volunteer teacher and helper deserve. Our discipline policy is as follows:
1. First discipline problem, the child will receive a verbal warning from the teacher.
2. Second discipline problem, the child must talk to one of the directors and the parents receive a phone call.
3. Third discipline problem, the parents will receive a phone call and the child may not return to VBS.
We hope that this will take care of any problems that will arise. As always, keep the volunteers and children attending VBS in your prayers.
In His Service,
The VBS Directors
Paula Gray, Tobina Norris, Rosemary Whitley

I have read and agree to the discipline policy for VBS. *
