By completing this form and becoming an official member, you are making a commitment to contribute $100 at the next 100 Women Who Care Walworth County event. You also accept that to continue active membership, you must make donations at each of the bi-annual events, a $200 per year commitment.

100% of your donation will go directly to the Walworth County-area charity chosen at the event. By signing up you are confirming that you will fulfill your $100 commitment at the event even if the charity you vote for is not chosen by the majority. You also agree to have another member deliver your donation in your place if you are unable to attend the event.
