Mentorship is at the heart of what we do. By sharing your experience, you’ll help guide and support individuals who are working to grow their businesses, develop new skills, and navigate challenges. Whether it’s offering advice on business strategy, grant writing, project management, or resource mobilization, your insights will make a real difference.

We are looking for mentors who are thoughtful, patient, and passionate about helping others succeed. Your support will go a long way in strengthening communities and creating lasting change.

Consent and Agreement:

1. Engagement Overview
This is a voluntary, non-remunerated mentorship aimed at supporting youth and women across Africa through knowledge-sharing in entrepreneurship, leadership, and business development. The engagement may be project-based or ongoing, with responsibilities defined in a separate agreement based on program needs.

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
Mentors must treat all information shared by mentees or Azice Foundation as confidential. This includes business, personal, and strategic data. Information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Data Protection
Azice Foundation is GDPR compliant. Your personal data will be used solely for mentorship onboarding and coordination purposes. You may request to review, update, or delete your data by contacting: info@azicefoundation.org.

4. Mentor Responsibilities
Mentors are expected to:

  • Provide relevant guidance based on mentees’ needs

  • Commit to scheduled sessions and communicate any changes

  • Act with professionalism and integrity

  • Maintain an inclusive and respectful mentoring environment

5. Termination of Engagement
Mentorship may be discontinued if a mentor fails to meet expectations, breaches confidentiality, or behaves unethically.

6. General Provisions

  • This is a volunteer-based role and does not constitute employment.

  • Participation does not guarantee future involvement with Azice Foundation.

  • These terms may be updated and communicated in writing.
