*NEW THIS YEAR*    CATYC will award up to $1500 in Research Grants to conference participants. 
All registrants for the conference are invited to submit a grant proposal. CATYC’s Research Grant is designed to assist with innovative solutions to Higher Learning Commission (HLC) accreditation criteria. This may include the Criteria for Accreditation, Quality Initiatives, Assumed Practices, or Federal Compliance requirements. Up to $1500 in grant funds are available annually and may be awarded to a single applicant or divided among multiple applicants. Recipients are required to present the outcomes of their project at the 2026 CATYC Annual Convention. To apply for this grant, complete the questions below.

Provide brief narrative (300 words) of the project need, including what core component, assumed practice, compliance requirement, or quality initiative will be addressed. 

Describe the proposed project goals and measurable objectives.

Provide a timeline of activities as they relate to the objectives, including anticipated start and completion dates and who is responsible for each activity.

Provide a project budget outline.
