This document contains the current Terms of Service for use of art created and commissioned from Lokidokiarts/Atomicdrawls. I retain the right to update my T.O.S at anytime as I see fit.

1. I retain the rights to use any art commissioned and created by myself as examples in portfolios and to be posted online as examples of my work. (You may request that your piece is not displayed, however there is a $10.00USD Privacy Fee which will be added to your total bill.)

2. You may not use my art for commercial purposes unless previously agreed upon in your initial commission request. Any art created by me is for personal use only.

3. Personal Use Includes but is not limited to: The posting of art on personal sites, character sites or OC sites, cropping for icons or graphics (non-commercial graphics only), displaying art with proper artist credit on sites such as DeviantArt, Toyhouse or on Discord, etc. If a design will be used on a physical good I.e phone case, sticker, pin, etc. Please state before purchase.

4. A refund will not be possible if the piece is completed. Discussion of refunds may commence at any time during the commission process, until finalized.

5. You may request additional fixes to the image once the image is completed, however certain fixes or adjustments may incur an extra fee to cover time spent. Fees will be discussed upon request of fixes.

6. Commissioners may request Tweeks to the image during process, however please keep adjustments to a reasonable minimum. If I feel it is necessary to add an additional charge for fixes/Tweeks I will let you know during the commission process.

7. Please ensure clear and detailed description of what you would like in your piece. This is to ensure minimum fuss and that I am able to correctly and easily ensure quality and get you the commission you desire as soon as possible. If you would prefer artistic liberty to be taken please remember to keep changes to a reasonable minimum or there may be additional charges.

8. You may not take my art to another artist to have it 'finished' after the fact. If you order a sketch and want it completed later you may recommission me, otherwise I do not allow other artists to finish/change/or otherwise edit my art.

9. Reference images must be provided by the commissioner, link any NSFW links as such. Please do not send me any NSFW images unless previously discussed, this includes gore/bugs/triggering content and any sexual or 18+ content.

10. YOU MAY NOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR NFTS OR ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY RELATED PROJECTS. THIS IS EXPLICITLY AGAINST MY T.O.S.

11. I retain the right to refuse any commission based on personal comfort. If I cancel a commission during the process for any reason after it has been paid a full refund will be issued as soon as possible.

12. Please make sure to give appropriate credits in descriptions when posting my art online or anywhere. I go by Lokidokiarts (Deviantart/Instagram) or Atomicdrawls (Toyhouse). Either name is fine to be used.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal. Please follow PayPal's T.O.S in regards to safe payment practices.

2. You must be 18 years or older in order to use PayPal or else have a parent's express permission to use their PayPal in order to pay.

3. PayPal transactions will only be done as invoices or through purchase protection, as per PayPal's rules. I will never ask you to do Friends and Family, please do not send or ask me to let payments be sent in this manner.

4. Tips are welcomes and appreciated but never expected!

5. Once a commission is completed a refund will not be issued, if you send a charge back without first contacting me you will be placed on a private blacklist and not allowed to commission me or purchase adopts with me again. No exceptions.

6. No payments made in Cryptocurrency of any kind.

7. Prices are USD only and I only accept USD. (PayPal will automatically convert to my chosen method of payment.)

ADOPTABLE INFORMATION

1. By purchasing an adopt from me you are agreeing to the T.O.S stated above, as well as the general T.O.S of the species. You also agree to these additional statements:

2. Original Designs can be changed as the owner desires. However please do not edit my original art without express permission. I am not comfortable with any changes being made without my knowledge. This includes re-lining, re-coloring, adjusting hues/values/saturations, adjustments made to small features, adding clothes or accessories, etc.

3. You may not claim the design as your own and please properly credit me (Atomicdrawls/Lokidokiarts) as the original artist.

4. Designs may not be sold for a higher prices than purchased UNLESS additional art has been commissioned to add to the value. If the design was traded or gifted you may not sell it and it does not retain any monetary value.

5. Designs may not be used for mass produced products or personal monetary gain.
