Deposit: There is a $100 deposit.  This deposit can not be refunded for ant cancellation. It is NOT deducted from the price of the party.  This is refundable the day we pick up from your event.  After all of our party supplies are accounted for and undamaged we will refund your deposit.  Anything heavily soiled, broken or missing will be deducted immediately from your deposit. If more than $100 worth of inventory is broken or damaged we will expect immediate payment for these items.

Payment: The full balance of your party is due one week before your party.  If for any reason this money is not paid it will result in the cancellation of your party forfeiting the deposit.  Once this money is paid it can not be refunded.

Damages: Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Camp Dream Away will result in assessment of charges and billing to the hiring client. This includes any thing done by the client and or their guest.  I.E. no pens, pencils, or markers on the couches if rented. . Also no sharp objects near the screen, on the chairs or couches.

Event Location Requirements:  Please provide us a CLEAN large space to set up.  If you have pets please have them put away and secured during the entirety of this rental.  Pets will urinate on items quite. We do not move furniture or any items and request that the area be cleared out prior to our arrival.  The screen is 17 feet wide, plus it needs another 4 feet around it for us to stake it down.  It also needs to be level so the movie will show correctly from the projector.

Cancellation: Any cancellation by the client results in the forfeiture of your deposit and monies paid for party.   We can not reschedule or cancel any parties within 4 weeks.

Rain Policy: event can be rescheduled if there is a chance of rain.  If you have the equipment and it starts to rain, it is your responsibility to immediately get the projector, speaker and screen out of the rain.  Immediately!

In most cases this will be picked up the following day.  Movie night ends late.  If it’s before 10 and we are available we may come back to pick it up. Otherwise we will pick up the next day. The client MUST pack up, and move all items to a secure location inside or in a garage until we can pick it up the following morning. We will leave proper supplies and instructions to pack them all up
