A coalition of press freedom organizations is working to document incidents in the United States on a new site to be launched in the coming months. For this site we want to compile a database of incidents since January 1, 2017, but we're also interested in hearing about experiences that you've had before 2017.

If you have had your equipment seized, been stopped at the border, or faced other harassment and would be willing to speak with a representative from the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ), Freedom of the Press Foundation (FPF), or another coalition partner, please fill out the survey below.

Anonymized aggregate data from this form may be published. Individual responses and case studies will be used only after a representative has established direct contact with the affected journalist and received consent.
