2023-2024 Extended Day Registration Form Fisher Middle School
This form is the first step to enroll in the extended day program at Fisher Middle for the 2023-2024 school year.   We do not yet know the fees for next year.  We will keep you all posted as soon as we know the fees.

Please keep in mind the following details:
-Students MUST be picked up by 6 pm daily
-Per the handbook, families will be responsible for paying the weekly rate EVERY WEEK
-Students enrollment in the program is tied to behaviors and following EDP expectations.
-EDP is only offered on full days Greenville County Schools are in session; no half days or holidays.
- NO CASH OR CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT FOR EDP
- MYSCHOOLBUCKS PAYMENTS ONLY

Payments for the after school program are due on Fridays by closing time in advance of after school care for the following week.  Failure to pay fees will result in the child being withdrawn from the program.  Parents may not be indebted to the program. Fees must be paid even if your child does not attend for any reason.  All schools operate on guidelines from Greenville County Schools. The cost of our program is very much below that of private daycare; therefore, fees must be paid whether or not your child attends. If your situation changes , and you no longer need the services of our program, you may withdraw your child to avoid paying for weeks you do not need. If space is available you may re-enroll your child when your circumstances change. *
