Please fill out one form PER CHILD who will be in attendance at the Back to School Bash. The event is held at the Decatur County Family YMCA on Tuesday, July 24th from 4:00-6:00 p.m. The registration deadline is July 1st. We will have 450 backpacks available. If you do not get registered in time for one of the 450 backpacks, you and your child/children will be placed on a waitlist for a backpack and may still attend the event for all of the other activities, vendors, and services.
