I understand that this is a non-refundable speaking engagement. If there is a cancellation of the event within 1 week of the presentation, I/our organization will have to pay the full amount regardless, due to Alesia Garthwait's resources, commitment, time, dedication and preparation for the event.

I will provide the speaker with clear information about necessary services for the event (ex; location, available technology, time frame etc.)
