Please fill out this form in order to register your child for the audition that will be on Friday, January 25th from 3:10 to 5:00 pm.
Registration for audition will close on Wednesday, January 23rd by 4:00 pm.
Registration for audition is $10.00 per student. For groups, each participant is required to register. If a student participates in more than one performance/audition, the second one is $5.00 (a second audition/performance is subject to approval by Talent Show Committee). Payment should be submitted to the Early Childhood & Intermediate Office or High School Office during office hours no later than January 23rd. In order for a student to audition, the payment for registration should be done before auditioning. All profits are used for the Senior Class contribution to community service.
