The La Mesa-Spring Valley School District is committed to nurturing and supporting future educators and support providers. All requests for student teacher and support provider (SLP, School Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor) placements must made through this form. If you are requesting more than one student teacher and/or support provider placement, please complete a separate form for each request.

School Social Work
School Nursing
School Counselor
