Completing this signup form does not guarantee a chaperone spot. Due to location and facility limitations, we are not always able to accommodate everyone who signs up. Selection Process:​ ​If chaperone requests exceed the number of available spots, chaperones will be selected by lottery. For the second field trip of each grade level, priority will be given to those who did not chaperone the first trip. Each grade level will have two field trips.
