Home-Start Wandsworth Hubs (Groups) Only Referral 

Hubs are the Group Activities run by Home-Start Wandsworth which allow families - parents, babies and children - to engage, learn, participate, connect and have fun in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment.  

These activities support families to build up their confidence and ability to cope independently.  Hubs also provide the opportunities to extend skills and provide children with the opportunity to socialise and enhance emotional, social and physical development. 

The Hubs team provide emotional and practical support as well as offer signposting to other relevant services. 

Hubs activities take place in venues around Wandsworth on mainly Tuesdays, Wednesdays and / or Thursdays during school hours.
