Reflection Window Instructions
1.  Type up each of the prompt responses using a word processor or on a Google Doc.
2.  Copy and paste each response into the Reflection Window Form.
3.  Each prompt response must meet the minimum requirement of 5 WELL-DEVELOPED, complete sentences.
4.  Be sure to use a VALID Email address.  (ID Number @egusd.net is NOT a valid email address).
5.  Don't forget to click the SUBMIT button.
6.  Check your email for a completed copy of your Reflection Window.
7.  Print out the Reflection Window.
8.  Attach the Work Sample (assignment, or picture of the product) to the Reflection window and SAVE this in a folder or binder until your Senior Year.
9.  Your final High School Portfolio will need to include 6 Reflection Windows (2 that illustrate "Growth", 2 for "Strength" and 2 for "Future Plans"

Don't forget to keep a copy of the actual assignment.  If you are not allowed to keep the assignment (ie. test or final) then save a copy of the review sheet or notes you used to study for that exam.
