Cancellation
• Cancellations made 1-7 days before an overnight, holiday, 20 hour visits are nonrefundable
• Cancellations made on the day of a visit are nonrefundable
• Cancellations made 1-5 days before departure date are charged 50% of contract fee

Payments and fees
• Full payment is due at the meet and greet for new clients, or the first visit for existing clients
• Overtime fees apply at $25/hour when an emergency requires more time at your home or at the veterinary hospital
• Policies and prices can change without notice and old policies are void when prices change

Liabilities and services
• Holly’s Pet Sitting Service, LLC is liable during scheduled visit date and times for pet injuries, pet loss, pet illness and pet damages unless yard gates do not have locks, doors or windows are not locked or there is a doggy door
• Holly’s Pet Sitting Service, LLC may refuse service to anyone for any reason
