MAYC After school will be Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 6:00pm at the Clubhouse on 700 W. Main St. This will be for MAYC members who are going in the 6th through 9th grade in the school year 2025-2026. Membership & Registration are both required. This is the registration form. If an updated membership form is needed, MAYC will contact you.
Due to space, we have a limited number of spots. We are requiring families to indicate which days their students will be attending so we can serve as many youth as possible.
DETAILS:
This is an after school program for students to engage in, get homework help, doing education activities, field trips, and other curriculum all while having fun! We will run Monday - Friday including half days and early dismissal days. There will also be transportation for students from both Lincoln Trail and Middletown Prairie most likely. This form is to get further details for programming and numbers before we begin!
***BILLING INFORMATION
Daily rate for after the bell is $24 and you will be charged the week before the following program week to ensure they correct days and billing are charged. For example, If you put Monday, Wednesday, and Friday on the form, you will be charged $72 the week before, and it should be paid before the week is up. If you have your student scheduled 3 days a week and they are not able to attend one of the days, please let Brii, the Executive Director know ahead of time, and your account will be credited.
