Alternative Fall Break 2014 Participant Application

Before you begin the following application, please be sure you have reviewed the AFB trip descriptions listed on the website: http://leadershipandservice.utk.edu/involved_abtrip.php.

If you're interested in learning more about participating in an AFB trip prior to applying, you can attend one of the following interest sessions to learn more:

Center for Leadership and Service (and AFB) Interest Session: Wednesday, August 20th at 4pm in the Shiloh Room
Alternative Fall Break Interest Session: Tuesday, August 26th at 6pm in UC 221
**Attending an interest session is encouraged but is not a requirement to apply.
