Refunds & Cancellations

We understand plans can change. Please find our cancellation policy below:

Cancel by 30 September 2026: Refund to original payment method, less $30 admin fee
Cancel from 1 October 2026: Receive African Drumming event or product credit, less $50 admin fee. Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued for non-attendance without prior cancellation.

Ticket transfers

If you can no longer attend, you’re very welcome to transfer your ticket to another person.

All transfer details must be emailed to info@africandrumming.com.au by 12:00pm on Friday 13 November 2026.
