‘Her Outdoors’ Week – Beginners Off-Road Day with Bray Wheelers

This is for people aged 15 and older

 

This form must be completed if you wish to participate in the ‘Her Outdoors’ Week – Beginners Off-Road Day with Bray Wheelers.

Meeting at Ballinastoe Woods at 10am, this introduction to Off-Road cycling will be coached by World champion downhill racer Janos Köhler.

All riders must have a mountain bike and helmet. Bikes can be rented from biking.ie in Ballinastoe (https://biking.ie/index.php/bike-rental/mountain-bike-rental). Riders should also have a drink and a snack with them on the spin.
