We need parents to help! The hope is to get two teachers for each grade, so you would be teaching every other week. We will do our best to provide you with everything you need to be successful in teaching church school or leading a small group. How might you be willing to help?  *

Images/photographs of students may be taken by Church Staff and/or the education team throughout the year and used for promotional materials such as web pages, brochures, etc. Only the images themselves shall be used; no names shall be included. I acknowledge these images may be used for purposes of sharing current activities happening at Christ Lutheran Church. (If you give permission, please type your initials. If you do NOT give permission, please type you initials, NO, and the name of each child you do not want photographed. Please ask your child to remind their teacher any time photos are to be taken that they are NOT to be included in photos.)

Field Trips - Our Confirmation and Youth Group (6th grade through 12th grade) will occasionally meet offsite or carpool from the church to other locations to provide opportunities for service and learning about God in our community. By initialing below, you indicate that your youth has/have permission to attend all offsite gatherings, that Christ Lutheran will plan for the safety and security of all youth, and that you will not hold Christ Lutheran Church or volunteer drivers responsible for accident, injury or death during these events.
