1. No Refund Policy
By enrolling in a class or workshop with A Payne's Designs, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. There will be no refunds for any classes or workshops purchased. Please ensure that you are fully committed before enrolling.

2. Recordings Availability
If you are unable to attend a live session, a recording of the class or workshop will be made available to you. This recording will be sent directly to the email address you provided during enrollment. Recordings will remain accessible for a specified period, after which they may be removed.

3. Class Notes
A simple 1-pager of class notes will be provided for each session. This resource is intended to supplement your live class and recording, and will be sent to the email address you registered with.

4. Intellectual Property
All content provided during the classes and workshops, including recordings, notes, and other materials, is the intellectual property of A Payne's Designs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent from A Payne's Designs(Amber Mabry).

5. Personal Information
A Payne's Designs respects your privacy. Your personal information, collected during the enrollment process, will be used solely for the purpose of providing you with the classes and workshops you have enrolled in. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Changes to Schedule
A Payne's Designs reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any class or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrolled participants will be notified as soon as possible, and arrangements will be made to provide alternative sessions or recordings.

7. Liability
A Payne's Designs is not liable for any technical issues or disruptions that may prevent you from attending a live session. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary equipment and internet access to participate in the classes or workshops.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in a class or workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
