Think like an Engineer - teacher/staff feedback
The team at Maker{Futures} would like to collect quotes from teachers involved in the think like an engineer project. As the school and class may be identifiable, it will fall under data protection regulations.  All data will be protected in the same manner as with the still images from the school - access will be strictly controlled and data will be kept for 2 years as part of this project and for future research and marketing purposes.  All names and identifiable data will be removed if quotes are used. If quotes are not utilised for either marketing or research by 2 years, the data will be destroyed.

Please complete this feedback form to help us to evaluate this project and better understand how we can make improvements. We are also keen to highlight to our funders the kind of impact projects like this can have and why they should continue to fund.

Feel free to skip any questions that are not relevant - some feedback is better than none!
