Community Service Scholarship Participating Organizations and Registration Form

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Please contact the listed representative of the group with which you wish to volunteer and make an appointment to meet with them before starting your service hours.

Print the timesheet from the Student Life and Leadership page of the website and carry this with you to the site. Have your supervisor sign the sheet for the hours you work. When completed, bring the form to Student Life and Leadership, Room 224 Griffin Hall, Hampton or Room 106B, Historic Triangle, Williamsburg.

You will be given a letter of authorization to carry to the cashier's window. Please note that the scholarship is for tuition assistance only and is not a reimbursement program. Scholarship is awarded as an offest to tuition costs either as an addition to a grant award or as a reduction in tuition due at time of payment. Your letter must be used within two semesters of issue date. Each student can earn $100.00 per semester of enrollment.

Program completion requires 10 hours of service to one of the community organizations listed below or 15 hours of service on campus as a Student Ambassador or College Tour Guide. Students who wish to complete the program via the Student Ambassador Program must also fill out the Student Ambassador Registration Application located on the Thomas Nelson website Student Life and Leadership page.
