Fantom Foundation reserves the right to withhold Affiliate Rewards including but not limited to circumstances where it reasonably believes that GasM Rewards are earned or utilised for and by any illegal, unautorised or harmful activities (such as gas extraction loopholes,  spam, any breach of its terms and conditions or like activity). Fantom Foundation may instead redirect any such undistributed Affiliate Rewards to the Fantom Ecosystem Vault wallet.
