I am looking for 3-5 women between the ages of 28-40, who want to lose a minimum of 10 lbs, get in better shape, and learn how to stay consistent with diet and exercise in a way that feels manageable in their life. This coaching is individualized to your specific goals, preferences, and time constraints. It is habit based, easy to access, and designed to give you the tools you need to maintain your transformation long term.
