Woman to Woman Mentee Application
A cancer diagnosis can be an overwhelming experience. Woman to Woman is a peer-to-peer support
program for women diagnosed with ovarian cancer any time from diagnosis through treatment. Woman to
Woman pairs ovarian cancer patients with trained survivor volunteers who provide one-on-one emotional
support and mentoring. All services are provided free of charge. Please complete this brief questionnaire so we can best pair you with a mentor. If you have any questions about the program, please contact Robyn at 314-966-7562 or rhunter@sloca.org.
