Welcome to The Writers' Nook, a pen-pal group and community for Christian women writers. We're so happy you're here!

There is nothing sweeter than opening up the mail box and finding a card or letter from a friend in the midst of all the junk mail.

This group is an opportunity for us to share the joys and struggles of the writing/publishing process, to check in on one another, offer encouragement (we all need it!), and celebrate each other's victories, all with a simple card.

If you hear about an author's book release, pop a card in the mail to congratulate them! When a fellow writer is struggling with writer's block or a snag in the publishing process, send a note of encouragement. I've received a simple card in the mail many times, and it's always a bright spot in my day!

Most importantly, this group is a chance for us all to remember and remind others that we're not alone on the writing journey.

So, how do you sign up?

Simply fill out the form below with as much information as you like. I've included a space for you to share which genres you write, as well as your birthday (because who doesn't love a birthday card?). You are not obligated to answer those questions, but they're there if you would like to!

In order to join, you'll need to provide the handle to your social media page where you share your writing updates. This doesn't need to be a professional account; it's just a way to verify that you are a writer!

Once you've signed up, your information will be added to a private Google document, which only members of our pen-pal group will have access to. We will never share any of your personal information outside of the group!

When you're ready to send a card or letter, just open the Google doc and choose one of your fellow writers to send a note to!

Rules/Guidelines:

1. By signing up, you agree to never share another writer's personal information outside of the group. This includes their name, birthday, email, and mailing address. I don't anticipate this being a problem, but if the issue does arise, the person will be removed from the group. (Please note that I am not liable for any misuse of personal information.)

2. This group is not for sending unsolicited promotional materials, so please be sure to stick to cards and letters when you're writing to fellow group members.

3. I think this goes without saying, but please be kind and respectful to everyone you write to!
