Please give the number of runs you intend to do each week in January. This should be 2 or more and should be the REAL number you are planning to do and not just an "easy" number to make sure you get 100% points - that's sandbagging! This is intended to be a motivational challenge so it should be challenging you to get out... its not about everyone getting everything at full points or its NOT a challenge! Go on... push yourself and accept sometimes you won't manage it!!

CLAIM your Bonus Points for Timed Runs, Golden Segments, Early/Late runs and for "Getting into the Spirit"
Please claim these by midnight on the Sunday at the end of a week so they can be included in the correct week.
If you've taken part in a 🏃♀️timed run/race or mashalled 🕺 or officiated at a timed run/race, please provide its name. If you've done more than one this week, please submit a SEPARATE TELL SUE form for each.
If you've run one of the 💛Golden💛 Segments of the Week and its NOT appeared in your Strava, please tell me. You do not need to claim this unless it is missing from the Strava run report!
If you've STARTED one or more runs before 🕖7am or FINISHED after 9pm🕘 , use this to tell me how many. Please just type a whole number. Only type the number of runs NOT the points you are claiming!
If you think you, or someone else deserves a 🤾♂️"Getting into the spirit"🤸♂️ point, please tell me why and use the Smiletastic Facebook page to provide evidence if possible/appropriate.

Click here if you want a 😷Sicky Card😷 (wait until the end of the week before claiming this as you never know....!). You have 2 Sicky Cards throughout the challenge so use them wisely as they ONLY give you points for the pledged number of runs.
