Transracial adoptions have the potential to be fulfilling and meet the needs of adoptees, but it takes hard work and communication. Lydia will spend 1-on-1 time with TRA to asses what their needs are. She will also spend time getting to know white adoptive parents before spending time together and bridging emotional and racial gaps.
