• Greeting visitors and providing information about current exhibitions, events, and programs.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area and ensuring smooth operations at the desk, including answering telephones, processing payments, and following opening/closing procedures.
• Assisting with exhibition openings and preparing materials for visitors.
• Understanding emergency protocols and ensuring a safe environment.
• Providing excellent customer service while upholding the values outlined in our Community Agreements.
