). Please take time to read this information prior to committing to trials so you fully understand your commitment to GNC and our responsibility to you in the 2024/25 season.
These trials are open to those currently playing for GNC as well as external trialists. League rules dictate that players must be at least 13 years old on 31.08.24. Although GNC are not putting a specific age requirement in place, the U16 Regional League is a competitive league with a high standard of netball. We expect trialists to have a good level of fitness and be highly committed to contributing to the squad at a high level. Due to the competitive nature of the league and intensity of games, players cannot expect to play full games or to necessarily have parity of court time. Being part of the squad is an amazing opportunity for development but we would ask that you only sign up for trials if prepared to commit to the above.
What days do GNC train and play?
GNC's U16 RL squad trains indoors at Taunton School on a Wednesday, 5.45 - 6.45pm . *Please note this is a different training day to last year to accommodate better transition between our junior and senior RL sides.*
Fixtures are played on a Sunday.
