✅ World Food Forum
Launched in 2021, the World Food Forum (WFF) is an independent, youth-led global network of partners facilitated and hosted by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). It aims to spark a global movement that empowers young people everywhere to actively shape agri-food systems to help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and a better food future for all.

✅ National Chapters
Reorganizing that the challenges plaguing youth and agri-food systems are unique in every community, city and country, the WFF empowers young people to identify and address the context-specific needs and challenges in their local and/or national agri-food systems through WFF National Chapters.
WFF National Chapters (NC) are self-organized national youth platforms aligned to the principles and mission of the WFF and convened by a network of organizations within a country. NC undertake activities and projects in line with the WFF's mission and tracks and mobilize youth-led local action to help achieve more sustainable agri-food systems in their respective communities, cities and countries.
The WFF NC in the Republic of Korea was established in June 2023 by young agri-food professionals with a passion to drive progress on youth engagement and agri-food systems change in the country, with the support from FAO Partnership and Liaison Office (PLO) in Republic of Korea (ROK). Since its establishment, NC members, consisting of 11 members with different backgrounds, have been actively participating in various activities organized together with the FAO office to enhance young people's understanding on agri-food systems and to encourage meaningful youth participation in the sector.
We are looking for committed youth to support the National Chapters to grow to greater heights within and beyond the Republic of Korea.
